Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you visit labelane.io.vn or use the LABELANE research workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
About LABELANE
LABELANE is a research proof of concept developed by the project team in the AI20K program at VinUniversity. It supports exploration of ADAS image-quality datasets, labels, predictions, and evaluation workflows. Features may be experimental, incomplete, changed, or unavailable, and the service is provided for research and evaluation rather than as a production-critical system.
Accounts and access
Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to use and for maintaining the security of your Google account and devices. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or its data.
Shared workspace and your submissions
The signed-in workspace is shared with other signed-in users. Information you add, including dataset names and descriptions, images, imported predictions, labels, review notes, and evaluation results, may be visible to those users. Creator and author information is attribution; it does not make records private to you.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to the workspace and permit its use for the LABELANE research workflow. Do not submit confidential, personal, or otherwise restricted information unless you are authorized to share it with the project team and other workspace users. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
Acceptable use
Use LABELANE only for lawful research, evaluation, and testing. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use the service in a way that could harm others. Do not treat outputs or evaluation results as a substitute for independent human review or safety-critical decisions.
Content and project materials
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant the project team permission to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate, maintain, and evaluate the LABELANE proof of concept and its research workflows. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
The LABELANE name, application, and project materials are provided for use with the service. These terms do not grant rights to third-party materials or trademarks that may appear in or be used with the service.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an experimental basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of submitted content, or that a feature will remain available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated date above identifies the latest revision.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LABELANE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The project team is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the service’s predictions, labels, or evaluation results. To the extent permitted by law, the project team will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use this experimental service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stopping use
You may stop using LABELANE at any time. Contact the project team if you have a question about your account or submitted information. Stopping use or revoking Google access does not by itself remove information already stored in the shared workspace; see our Privacy Policy for data requests.
